ProTubeVR ships worldwide!
France is the origin country for all orders. You might be liable for Customs fees and VAT, depending on your country.
Generally, US orders do not exceed the threshold for import charges, but customers in Canada and the UK may be subject to these taxes.
Some shipping methods do not allow delivery to certain addresses, such as military bases. For APO/FPO and PO boxes, please select Eco delivery or choose another address. Contact us if needed.
How fast do you ship?
90% of the time, we ship your parcel the next open day once payment has been processed.
The carriers:
- DHL Express: 3-5 days worldwide.
- DHL Road Europe: 5-10 days for Europe.

Upgrade your Starter to use any short barreled rifle (SBR) or even assault weapon in your favorite VR FPS.
The shoulder stock extension allows the player to shoulder the Starter as if it were a carbine or rifle. It provides a more comfortable and stable shooting position.
Your future achievements:

Why is shoulder extension so useful?
- With better stability and control, it is easier to achieve accurate shots with a shoulder stock extension. This can be particularly important for longer-range shooting or precision shooting.
- By increasing the overall length of the firearm, the shoulder stock provides a more stable shooting platform, making it easier to aim.
- It is more comfortable to shoulder the firearm and maintain a consistent shooting position over time.
- Add haptic feedback to feel the recoil of your virtual firearm on your shoulder.
The power ups your will get:
- By sliding the extension connector along the 20cm tube, you can adjust the length and height to accommodate different users and shooting positions.
- A sling to pass around your shoulder, to safely rest your gunstock on your torso.
- Adds 3 points of contact (shoulder and cheek with the stock, torso with the sling) to the other two (the hands).
- A sling for immersion, weight relief, more security (no gunstock drop) and additional contact point for precise aiming.

Half expected this to not turn up until 6 months from now because of brexit but Protubevr were obviously prepared, as it arrived in a couple of days which was really fast considering I ordered on a weekend and they are based in France (I’m in U.K.).
I can’t deny that once I had put it together and adjusted and tightened everything. It was comfortable, reasonably solid feeling and most importantly it worked and worked well.
I needed to make the odd adjustment here and there but it lines up really well in the few games that I have tried (Pavlov, Onward and AimXR) so I would buy again.

First thing I have to mention is their fast & helpfull support. I contacted them with their Support form and on Facebook and received answers on both in a few hours.
My problem was that I hadnt selected the right HMD for the Magtube. I contacted them and got it sorted pretty quickly, there was a bug with my order it seemed, cause nothing was showing up.
So they requested the info on what i selected in the order and i replied with my choices. Not even a day later everything was sorted out and it was shipped today! Seems like I will have a good Week thanks to them :)
I cant wait to try out the Mag Tube with my HTC Valve. If the Product is half as good as their support, its gonna be a fun time!

I bought magnetic version and its so much better overall experience in all VR shooters. However review is not about product. Review is about post-sale service. I had an issue with some of hardware due to improper setup and i contacted support almost a year after purchase.
It is there. It is super fast. My problem was solved and i have even better setup now.

Little bit of a longer review.. Bought the protube as well as the little base station thing to add to my chair and use for flying. First of the the product itself feels fantastic. The quality and sturdiness of it once it's assembled it great.
I myself have a short fuse and get frustrated easily. They went above an old beyond working with me and staying professional. I'm highly impressed with the service I received. Now that I have the correct items this thing feels Great. No slop, no slip and just ooof it's great.

5 Stars: The products were delivered very fast and they they look gorgeous!
Unfortunately one product was damaged, but ProtubeVR reacted very fast. After I contacted them they immediately send the replacement part. It was already delivered one day after, together with a note and some small giveaways.
After replacing the part the product worked perfectly fine and my family and I have a lot of fun with it!
I will definitely buy some other products in the future. The Company is very professional, working hard to improve their products and make their clients happy. That’s what I think proves a good company.
